|FIRE RATING:||Fire rated up to 240 minutes. Tested to EN 1634-4. UL-EU certified up to 4 hours.|
|COVER:||Cover and frame Aluminum with steel cladding to underside of lid. Fully thermally broken manufactured with 3” insulation sandwiched within the aluminum 14-gauge frame and curb.|
|CURB:||12” in height with external curb liner, thermally broken and insulated.|
|SEAL:||Double EPDM seal to lid.|
|HINGE:||Heavy duty continuous hinge|
|OPERATION:||Manual gas spring operation, electric or hydraulic options determined by the size and weight of the lid.|
|LOCKING:||Internal slam action Cablock with internal padlock hasp. External Handle also included.|
|FINISH:||Mill finish aluminum, single or two colour powder coating optional.|
|SAFETY:||Various safety options can be specified depending on access requirements Including Ladder-Up Posts and Handrailing.|
