From access to a rooftop terrace to large plant removal or maintenance hatches. They can be horizontal sliding, powered opening for easy operation, fire rated and even glazed hatches. All roof doors are thermally broken and insulated for the best performance and weathertight construction.

| COVER: | Fully thermally broken manufactured with 3” insulation sandwiched within the aluminum 14 gauge frame and curb. |
| CURB: | Fully thermally broken and featuring 3” insulation as standard. Curb is 12” high with pre-drilled mounting flange. External aluminum liner cover insulation for easy onsite installation. |
| SEAL: | Double unbroken bubble and blade seal to lid. |
| HINGE: | Heavy duty continuous hinge |
| OPERATION: | Manual gas spring operation, electric or hydraulic options determined by the size and weight of the lid. |
| LOCKING: | Internal slam action Cablock with internal padlock hasp. External Handle also included. |
| FIRE RATING: | If required the hatch can be fire rated up to 4 hours. |
| FINISH: | Mill finish aluminum, polyester powder coating optional extra |
| SAFETY: | Various safety options can be specified depending on access requirements Including Ladder-Up Posts and Handrailing. |
